OHCC SWIM & WELLNESS CLUB
The OHCC Swim & Wellness Club's purpose is to: advocate for our members concerning OHCC pool access and activities, provide information on health and wellness, and promote meaningful social activities, fun, and safety for all our pool users.

Aqua Flow Classes with Leesa Singer
These classes offer gentle water exercise suitable for all fitness levels. Benefits include:

Can be purchased in many stores
Swim Shirt - for warmth
Webbed Gloves - for added resistance
Buoyancy and resistance equipment - May be used during class and will be provided
