Aqua Flow Classes with Leesa Singer

These classes offer gentle water exercise suitable for all fitness levels. Benefits include:

Water Shoes -  Provide protection, support & traction.

Can be purchased in many stores

Swim Shirt - for warmth

Webbed Gloves - for added resistance 

Buoyancy and resistance equipment - May be used during class and will be provided
